I obviously need a doubleumbrellastroller soon, and I have done some research-but still don’t know what is the best for the best price! I want something that is sturdy, and is a side by side, and that could hold an infant comfortably (well, a 2 month old). I would like a nice sun shad, and a big understorage basket-any suggestions would be appreciated!

Maclaren and Baby Planet both have what you’re looking for but will jump you to at least the $250-300 neighboorhood. Either of those brands will offer under-seat storage, while it appears the Jeep brand doesn’t offer that.

Where to get a double, side by side, umbrella like stroller at?
I’m trying to find an umbrellastroller for my 7 month old twins that is a doublestroller. My Graco Duo Glider is too big to take anywhere, and they don’t need that kind of stroller anymore. The only one I can find is like $80.00. I looked on ebay, but they didn’t really have it. If you know where I can find one, I would greatly appreciate it.

I bought one from Babies R Us and it is a Jeep Wrangler brand. I got it about 5 months ago and I love it. The only problem is it is hard to get through some door ways. But I love it b/c it is so small like an umbrella stroller that it fits great in my Cavalier car, unlike the back to back ones! I think it was about $89 or $99, but I got a warranty on it, so I am not sure on the prices. Oh, the other drawback is, is that it doesn’t really have any storage for diaper bags. But, it is very easy to turn and push anywhere. I have a 6 month old and a 3 year old and it reclines for my baby and sits up for my older one. Try babiesrus.com or toysrus.com, they should still have it.
Parent cup holder would be nice too.
What is the brand too? I already tried looking one up at Wal-Mart, Taget and many other stores. I really like the Jeep brand but I cannot find one with trays.

Ok we are goinf to disney in 3 weeks and I have a 2 and 4 year old child, i am looking for a comfortable stroller for both kids, when we wnt a few months ago I tool my single stroller and had my four year old walk, however had to rent a double one from disney the next day because my son was complaining his legs were tired, which cost about $40, I want to purchase one not instead of giving MORE money to disney than I have to. I have two double strollers here but one my son is a little too big for and the other is a side by side jeepumbrella type and the canopys on this thing SUCK, the dont really protect from anything.
is it a side by side? because my son has long legs and thats where i am having trouble with my eddie bauer one.

My husband & I have the graco snugride travel set (stroller & car seat), a jogging stroller & an umbrellastroller. we are planning on having another baby, so here is the question:
We want a lightweight stroller (none of the above have a basket except the travel one & it is so heavy for me to lift in/out of the car). Should I get another one for this child or wait & get a doublestroller when baby 2 comes along. (PS- I get them all at yard sales, ect… so I am not spending much & I do keep one of the at my parents house).
I am so torn over what stroller is a good one- he only likes the jogging stroller but it is HUGE (it is from the 90′s I think) so we just use it to take walks around home. The travel one is big, too, and he hates to be in it. The jeepumbrella is nice, but without the basket, I can’t do much.
Thanks for your advice. (dumb question, but I just don’t know what will work for us & its so hard to carry him- as he is 10 months old)

As the mother of a toddler and an infant I originally just kept my bugaboo and added the toddler wheeled board, after a while it didn’t work because my toddler would not stand there and wanted to sit.
I ended up finding the Perfect stroller and it was the Phil and teds sport.
The phil and teds stroller can be a single and all you have to do is buy the doubles attachment and it goes from being a single to a double in less than one minute.
When the baby is a newborn the attachment goes in the front for the toddler and the seat lays back all the way flat for the baby to lay down.
Once the baby gets older the toddler goes back to sittin on the front part of the stroller and the baby goes on back seat which is attached near the basket.
It kinda look like a double decker stroller and you will have tons of people ask about it and stare at it because it’s so crazy looking.
Once your oldest no longer wants to ride in a stroller then you just take off the attachment and voila you have a single stroller again
also the phil and teds is a jogging stroller and the stroller by itself will run you 399.99 and like 79.99 for the doubles kit.

My family and I will be taking a vacation to upstate NY and into Canada. We will be flying from Utah to New York and then renting an economy car from budget and driving into Canada. We will be visiting numerous sites along the way. We will be bringing a 22 month old and a 3 month old. What stroller should I bring?
Mostly thinking about room in the car. We will be gone 6 days. I’m thinking about purchasing a new stroller for the trip, but can’;t really afford it. I currently have a Single Graco stroller an umbrellastroller and a doublejeep umberlla stroller. What should I do?

Hi, check with the rental car company, they may rent strollers. Also, there are some stores that rent them, Check ebay for people that have them for sale in that area (you can use a zip for an area search) contact them and offer to rent the stroller for a price, they may even meet you at the car lot! Sometimes nice people are willing to help others out!
